Yet another scam supposedly from paypal when it is not, this I received in my email.

The email address which it came from is not permitted in this forum when I tried to post it
I had another one a few weeks ago saying another email address had been added to my account (when it hadnt) and said that my paypal account would be suspended if I didnt give my details. I did not reply to it. I have logged into paypal with no problems but these emails are very worrying. How do I report it?
