HELP bank account blocked

i recently canceled my old account because i entred the 2 random depoisits wrong 3 times so i deleted that account and made a new one and now it wont let me use my bank account and i now know the 2 random deposits ?!?!?! help me please

You need to call to PayPal and talk to an agent.

Login to PayPal, on the bottom of the page click the link Contact_Us

Step 2 - get the phone number and the PIN

Call and press "0" or say "Agent" to speak to a live person.

Stay on hold for 15 minutes.
