It sounds to me that you are just receiving emails on a daily basis trying to obtain your personal information. Could you please forward any that you receive to us on spoof@paypal.com and then delete them from your email inbox.
You should also try blocking the email addresses on your email account and this should help with the volume of phishing emails that you receive on a daily basis.
There isn't much that we can do to prevent you from receiving these emails as they aren't being sent to you by PayPal. My best advice would be to keep blocking the email addresses when you receive the emails and this should help.
