I recently received a payment into my Paypal account. When I checkout via paypal in ebay this small balance is not available to me - I spoke to Paypal and they say it is! How can I access it without linking my bank account to Paypal?
Click on profile in your paypal account (cog icon next to log out) > click on payments in the blue band at the top > scroll down to 'your preferred way to pay' > select online > change and put a dot in the one for your paypal balance. You can change it back when you want to.
