Can`t log into Paypal using other PC`s

Hi,

Whenever I try to pay for something online if I am using another computer other than my home laptop Paypal will not let me log in to confirm payment.

It is fine when I use my home laptop but not on other pc`s.

I know I am using the correct username and password but Paypal blocks me logging on.

Is there a solution to this?

We are sorry to hear what has been happening when you are trying to send a payment using a device other then your home computer.

It sounds as though our internal security system may be preventing your payment attempts from other devices. I would advise you to try clearing the temporary internet files on the devices that you are using and also make sure that you are using a secure internet connection when attempting your payments.
