A buyer now wants to return an item because he claims business "messed up". He previously raised a claim against me saying he had not received the items, a claim which I prove d to be false because I could track the item to his address and show proof of delivery signature. I do not think it right that he can do this and I really do not want items back because I think he is just a scammer. Any advice please

Can you edit your post as it is against board rules to name and shame on here.
If you are not a registered business then the buyer can only file a dispute for "item received but not as described" if that is the case and he proves that to paypal.
If he does not open a dispute then you can refuse to have it back, if he opens a dispute and wins then he has to return the item to you first at his own expense before he gets a refund.
If you are a business then he may have more rights under DSR legislation.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank you kernowlass. I have edited out the trader aliases as you suggest, I really was ignorant of these facts, must read up the rules again. Grateful thanks for your helpful advice.
