Re my most recent question. The claim against me times out today within the next hour, should I let it time out then reply to his email saying that I cannot agree to his request to return items or to refund his money? As I understand after the statutory 20 days he cannot make another claim on same item, am I correct? Any advice welcome.

A dispute times out at 20 days but not a claim.

which is it??

A buyer can re-open a dispute i believe if the first one was for non receipt and the second for received but not as described.

My mistake. Yes the buyer raised a dispute and not a claim, sorry for error. The dispute was for non receipt with no mention of a not as described so I may now inform them of a non return policy. Any further advice will be most welcome and grateful thanks for advice offered
