Personally if I had not sent it I would have just refunded her to save any hassle.
In the event of an 'item received but not as described' dispute then Paypal tend to favour the buyer.
So if they do then she has to send the item back to you (trackable to prove delivery) before you have to refund.
But Paypal 'may' find in your favour OR
Buyer may decide she does not want to return it at her own expense.
All you can do is wait and see.
Advice is voluntary.
