Any other way to link my debit card to paypal?

So here it goes~, i need to link my debit card to paypal TODAY, so i can spend my new money tomorrow, but i cant do it because i have NEVER received the fable code.

Why cant i just give to paypal my account numbe and security number? Im having a breakdown out of frustration here.

There are any other ways to link my card?

If the answer is no, then forget about it, i will acept it.

You should be still able to make payment while you are waiting for the confirmation code to appear on your statement.
