Phone verification for bank transfer

I am trying to transfer funds from Paypal to my bank account. I have already verified my bank and phone but when it comes time to transfer the money and the phone option comes up it says my phone is not registered in my name EVEN THOUGH i called my phone company and they said its in my name..?
