Hi there DoubtfulCath,
It is quite clever sadly!
The first and most important warning sign should be the "Dear PayPal Client". If anything other than your name comes up here the warning bells should be going off
Thank you for posting it so others can see it!

I spoke to you 2 days ago about spoof emails. I have had 2 this morning. I put them into my delete box but with when I looked they had both disapeared.
It also stopped a purchase last night so I used my CC instead. I would be pleased if I could talk to someone about this.
Regards
Ros Hancock

I am sorry, but do not seem to have any reply from 2 days ago. ??? If you put emails into your delete box - as far as I know that is what happens to them - they are deleted, but I do hope you forwarded them onto paypal first.
I also hope that you did not go to any link in the spoof email, and that you logged on via paypal itself, that way you know exactly what and who you are logging into.
I would check my balance on paypal and see if any details emerge that you have not purchesed. I would also change my password if you logged via a link.
Hopefully someone will be along shortly to give you further advice, as my knowledge is very limited.
You have to be very careful, watch for any emails - paypal will always use your full name, and not ask for any such detail, and as I have found, there is usually spelling mistakes in the email somwhere.
I know it is very hard not to use the link especially when they say your account may have been used elsewhere and may be restricted, you immediately panic and try to get information as quick as possible.
Sorry cant be of any more help.
