Where is my refund?

I recently bought an item off of eBay, however, I never received the item. I started a claim and ended up getting my money back. However, the refund was placed in my PayPal account and it still is not there. I got an email from PayPal and eBay about getting the refund. It says it will show up in 3-5 business days, and it has been 10 business days and is still not there. Where is my money and how can I get it?

IF YOU PAID WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD,it goes back to your credit card as a credit.

It could take up to 30 days,but usually it will be there in ten days

AIRBNB refunded the payment on 9th Feb 2017 to Paypal but it still showing pending at Paypal site. Is this a scam ..why Paypal needs so much time to refund my money when they gave the money immediately to my vender.

In Paypal site it shows Refund pending and temporary on hold.

Can you help  please ?
