Refund not received

Hey I bought a pair of shoes mistaking them for another listing and requested a refund. The seller was very kind and got eBay customer service to refund the money. It says case solved and that the money was refunded to my PayPal but I do not see any money there. It's been two days since it said my money has been refunded.

Could this be because I used a Walmart prepaid card that I cannot reload to make the purchase?

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your card but takes 7 - 30 days.

If you used a card that can't accept the refund then it ''should'' bounce back to your paypal account balance.
