I purchased two items from the same seller in China. The items were never shipped and eBay sqaid that they would refund my money. I received payment for one of the items but not for the second item. I tryed to contact eBay but I they send me to the resolution center and there is no subject for eBay refund. Does anyone know how to contact EBay ?
