Hello. I recently purchased a phone off ebay. The item was horrible so I returned it. I paid with my husband's PayPal debit card card. I get a message from ebay saying the seller sent my money but it still hasn't come yet. My question is will the money come back to the debit card? And how long will this take?
The Paypal business debit card does not hold any balance,so it would show up in your paypal account,it could take 30 days,but usually sooner ,like 7 days or less.
