Received Payment, Transaction not showing on eBay.

I received a payment on Paypal for an item purchased on eBay.  But the transaction is not showing up on eBay and the item is still active.  Any advice on what I should do?

The same thing happened to me today.  A refund was immediately issued (I didn't have anything to do with it).  I don't understand why this happened and I wonder if I should be concerned.
