HELP! I just won a item on Ebay. but I can't select a payment method! ( PayPal not working )

Hello, 

I just won a item on Ebay and would like to pay for it. but when I want to pay for it. I can select paypal. It will log me in. but I can't click on the ''Pay now'' button! Any help?

Here is a picture of the situation! Can somebody please explain whats going on? I'm kinda scared... as i don't have a creditcard so no otherway to pay for it than PayPal. ( As you can see I clearly clicked Paypal option but it won't let me go any further.

is there enough fund in your Paypal account,if so,where does it come from and it is free to spend.

if you have n o credit card or bank account linked,you may have problem,dunno
