Four days (since Sep 19), and none of the tracking information (for ebay shipments) has been updated in paypal. This seems to happen every few months, and its happening again.
All paypal ever says is that I can add it manually. Why do I have to? Can't this be fixed (again)?
I can't even manually enter it. Started on Sept 19th. I called Paypal Sept 21. They said there were some technically difficulties and should be fixed soon, still can't enter anything. Thought it might be my computer so my friend logged into her account and she had no problem entering info.
If anyone has suggestions let me know before I have to manually enter tons of tracking numbers.
