First time being a seller on Ebay

Dear PayPal community

So it's my first time that I'm the seller. and my customer send me the money through PayPal, however someone who works on PayPal inform me that I have to send a receipt to her so the money could be proceed. There's somehow that I can check if it's true that money has been transferred?

but if he said he has already made payment via Paypal,you should get an email from Paypal saying YOU GET CASH and then you go to your account and find the payment.

Pay attention to seller protection from Paypal.

if you did nt get such email and cant find the payment in your account,YOU DID NOT GET PAID.

You need to   research and learn more about how ebay and paypal works and how to protect yourself,there are scammers who lurk and prey on new sellers with low feedback.
