Cannot pay refunded money through paypal on ebay

Hi,
Recently I got refund from e-bay seller and it's credtied to my connected paypal account with (+) Euro XXX.XX , but my bank account not updated yet.When I do new transaction on ebay using this paypal account it's mentioning following:
Unfortunately, we can't process your payment. Here are your options:
Check out with another PayPal method, like the one we're showing now.
Select a different payment option.
Please help me on this matter.. why I cannot pay refunded money?

Remove your PayPal account from your eBay account and add it back again.

Done, unlink and link again.. but problem still persist.. Cannot pay with refunded money.Please help friend 😞

is the refund in your PAYPAL balance ?

is it in your local currency?

Yeah It's only exist in paypal account.Still bank account is not updated.Currency in GBP (not my local currency).Have you noticed any reason?

we can have more than one currency in our account,if you set your preference to accept GP,then it will be in your paypal account as GP ,check your GP balance and see if it is there.
