I recently sold an item on eBay for 150$. There was a mix up with shipping and the buyer applied for a refund instead of waiting for me to ship it out again. At the time I didn't have any money in my account so it went negative 150$. Does this mean that the person got their refund? I've been paying off the negative balance and have it almost payed. But when I go to the resolution center one of the options for the open case is to give the buyer a full refund. But it says I still owe them 150$?! This can't be right. Will the dispute go away after I pay off the negative ballance? I don't know how to respond to the open case.
