i bought wing for a car that was not as described i opened a case on ebay during which the seller admited in a message that "idealy it needed a re-spray" but in the item description it said a "little cosmetic scratches",
but it is covered in deep scrapes thru to the metal it looks like it has been scraped down a wall or car and has had a very bad partial respray to hide badly rusted wheel arch.
anyway i have requested a full refund as i feel he knowingly ripped me off,at first he was only willing to refund the cost of the wing £35 but not the £40 delivery,and now im being told i have to pay for the return of the item????surley this cant be true.
i now have to find a new wing which i cant buy untill i get refunded but i dont have the £40.where do i go from here should the seller not pay for it as he was the one who decieved me by not disclosing the true condition of the item please help..many thanks
