Whenever I go to my activity page it loads just fine but then the loading circle appears in the middle of the page and never goes away. It won't let me click on anything at all. I've tried letting it load for over an hour and when I came back the loading circle was still there.   I've tried using a different browser, tried it on my phone, and even tried a different computer on a different wifi connection and every single time it just gives me the infinite load circle and I can't click on anything. I recently sold an item on eBay for 150$. There was a mix up with shipping and the buyer applied for a refund instead of waiting for me to ship it out again. At the time I didn't have any money in my account so it went negative 150$. Does this mean that the person got their refund? I've been paying off the negative balance and have it almost payed. But when I go to the resolution center one of the options for the open case is to give the buyer a full refund. But it says I still owe them 150$?! This can't be right. Will the dispute go away after I pay off the negative ballance? I don't know how to respond to the open case. ... View more
