On Paypal, go to Activity page and click Advanced Search, and select Payments Received. Or you can view your Activity via Classic view by logging on, scroll to bottom, click Help & Contact. Then scroll again to the bottom and click Classic Site. You can use the filters in the search options show certain transactions.
On eBay, you look up your selling history in the Seller Hub.
