I bought this shoes at ebay. I forgot my password in my paypal account so i payed via paypal guest. The shoes were too small on me so I asked for a refund. After I shipped back the item the seller said he refunded me via paypal. Then I got this email via s e r v i c e @ p a y p a l . c o m (the email doesn't have those spaces between each letter) saying the seller issued my refund. Then I messaged the seller here's our conversation.

what do you mean by my funds are available in my paypal, I don't know what that means. And when will I receive the refund?

I have refunded you via paypal. That is the only form of payment I accept and how you paid. Your refund was sent already. Your funds are available in your paypal. If you want to transfer them to the account linked to your paypal, you are the only person with the ability to do that.

Then my brother helped me figure out my paypal password, when I logged in to the account the balance was still zero.
I'm having a small problem and I'm seeking a solution if you please.
I recieved 2 refunds from 2 different sellers on ebay, the refunds don't show as a balance in my account. also I tried to pay for another items but it gave me an error due to not sufficient funds although I'm sure the refunded are more than enough.
now what should i do? how can i pay using the refunded money in my account? or how can i transfer them to my VISA ?
