hi, I'm having a small problem and I'm seeking a solution if you please. I recieved 2 refunds from 2 different sellers on ebay, the refunds don't show as a balance in my account. also I tried to pay for another items but it gave me an error due to not sufficient funds although I'm sure the refunded are more than enough. now what should i do? how can i pay using the refunded money in my account? or how can i transfer them to my VISA ? regards,
