When I tryi to log in to paypal from ebay to pay for an item I keep getting this error
"Please go to www.paypal.com to confirm your credit card before you complete this purchase."
But my accoun is already veryfied, my credit card is already confirmed through the $1.95 proccess.
I'm from Venezuela and I'm using a Venezuelan Credit Card with a fixated ammount of US Dollar credit provided by the government. Sometimes the pruchase may not be approved due to malfunctions in our goverment's system so I've had to retry the purchase several times. Could this frequent tries have anything to do with paypal not letting me proccess de purchase?
