My dispute had been rejected by Paypal and the product had been sent back to seller. what I can do?

 I opened the dispute with paypal, and paypal dicisde to rejected my dispute but product had been sent back to seller, what I can do?  

 

Try to call paypal but it has just been waiting, wasted the time....

 

Really, please don't use paypal to purchase anything because your credit card company can not protect you at all if there was something wrong with the transation...

You should not return anything until paypal tell you to if you are going to go down the dispute route.

If you choose to send before that then its not really paypals fault.

 

As for credit card why can't you do a chargeback? Lots of folks do direct chargebacks via their cards when they can't file a paypal dispute.

thanks for yor message, I checked with my credit card company wells fargo first to make sure I can get the money back first, they told me it was no problem! so I shipped back the product back to seller. What a mistake.

 

I will try that chargeback via wells fargo.

 

 

Paypal does not like Ebay, they don‘t answear the phone call to see what was really going on, even you provided the conversations about the seller to show I am the right one, paypal does not have justice at all.
