Ebay purchase refunded through Paypal

 I had to cancel an ebay transaction, so I refunded their PP payment through PP. It is listed as completed but it is not showing up on my ebay account as refunded. What should I do?

try sending your buyer a cancellation request to get your FVF back,see if it makes any difference/

also try click on the listing where it said more action and see if there is a refund button,follow the link and see what happens

For future reference, there is a process when canceling an eBay order so when you go outside that process, it makes messes the process up.  

Usually when you cancel the order at eBay with the "More Actions" menu for the item sold, if the buyer already paid for the item via PayPal, the refund is automatically sent during the cancellation processso no need to do it manually at PayPal.  Read here for more info on the process:
