verify account via text message or phone call (i dont use that phone number anymore)

Hello, i have the following problem with my Paypal account. I logged in to my account from a different state and now i cant login to my account because i have to confirm my identity, i have to verify my account via text message or phone call (the phone number i have entered in my paypal settings) but the problem is that i dont use that number anymore and i forgot to change it. So i cannot verify my account, i contacted paypal through email but got no response, i cannot make a phone call because i dont understand English speech properly, i use google translate to write in English. Please how can we fix this problem, please help. I can provide any information about my account. Thanks

A phone call might work, but you might not be able to confirm your identity since you don't have your phone number any more.

As for the English, well, no one else can solve that for you.  You might be able to hire an inerpreter to make the phone call.

There must be a solution, i have a big amount of money on my account i cant lose them. But what when i find someone who can make that phone call for me, how can i confirm that this is my account?

No way of knowing until you make the call.

it was your responsiblity to maintain your account and your phone numbers on PayPal.  When a business fails to plan adequately, the business can fail.  For your next business venture, just manage the business better.

You could hire an English-speaking consultant to your business so you have someone to make the calls and sto help you manage your business better.

For future, an option is to become fluent in English and educate yourself to better manage your business; there may e costs for this education.

But can i give them another phone number that i use currently? Im the owner of that account, i can give all information about my personal details, bank card number, ip address or anything else, to proof it. Because if this is possible i will find someone and pay him for calling them.

You will not know what questions they ask about identification before you make the call.  PayPal does not tell anyone how they determine identification.  It is a secure system to prevent fraud.  You may get someone to help with the phone call, but I beleive that PayPal require certain information only from you.

You cannot know the outcome unless you call.

I dont know exactly what is happened today, but i was able to login to my account without the verification process. Im so happy ho have my account back, thanks PayPal.
