marking an item as received

I am the buyer and the seller has requested that once I receive the product that I mark the transaction so  that Paypayl knows that i have received the product and will pay the seller faster.

How do I do this?

Click on the transaction for the option but the seller has to add tracking or mark the transaction as shipped first on their end before the option is available to you to mark it as item received.

I have a similar problem as OP instead I’m asking as POV of seller. I sold through depop and PayPal is asking to mark as delivered through PayPal..... how do I do that
