Hello, 

I have a problem with my account I cannot buy something using PayPal because of this Issue "Your account access is limited". I added the amount to my profile but I cannot use it.  

Could you please let me know how to handle this issue? Please advise.

Withdraw money from PayPal

Send money or payments

Pay using PayPal

Close PayPal account

Receive money or payments

Refund money to customers

Add money to PayPal account

Add bank account

Add debit or credit card

Remove bank account

Remove debit or credit card

Update your profile

Display PayPal logos on site or auction
