hey guys. moved from europe to usa, opened a new pay pal account with my american card,made 2 transfers. pay pal didn't pay it to the people ,refund me,but block my account so i can't get my money from pay pal almost 2 months...uploaded everything the asked at resolution center...almost a month ago and nothing....tried to call a few times...robot told me that they have "technical problems,call later".
don't have time to play with them.
some advices how to reopen the account or at least to take my money back to my card?
