When/where can find my 4 Digit code to confirm my credit card?

It would show up on your credit card statement - may take a few days - if it don't get the code, then you may want to contact customer support for additional assistance.  You can contact them by clicking on the Help link, on the next screen click on Contact Customer Support, from there you can phone.
