Verification process doesn't work correctly via mobile phone

I changed my "primary" phone number that was an "OLD" magicJack number I haven't used in years.  The back up number was also an old residence telephone number I haven't had in 8-9 years.  These numbers are not even in the profile area.  I verified a new mobile telephone number and got it confirmed TWICE and shows in profile the ONLY number and verified and as PRIMARY.  I tried send money again and same thing, had old number as number to call and when asked to  "add" another phone number I tried adding the ONLY number that should be in profile, the new one already verified BUT that number was rejected as not in my profile.  

I have called customer service 3 times and put on hold the first time is now over 1 hr and 20 minutes and was told 34-50 minutes.  This is sick.  I will LOSE an
