It used to be that maybe 2 of 10 credit cards were rejected via PayPal with all information required 100% correct. Now the last 10 or so in a ROW have been denied. All the ones that were taken to an ATM were processed there. There is no reason for payments not to be accepted, some of the people I know personally and there is ZERO reason for their non acceptance. I have a business in a very rural area and if credit cards are not accepted and people don't have cash, they and I are not in good shape. I have even tried 3 different cards from 3 different people and they all were rejected. Of course the reason for the rejection is never stated. One couple was on their way to the airport and would miss their plane if we argued any longer about how their payment wasn't accepted. I had to let them go and will hope they pay sometime in the future, PayPal isn't the answer, they were denied with others trying to pay and go. In summary, I am unable to process or receive payments from customers wishing to purchase onsite goods and services via credit card or debit card. I am a hotel/restaurant and the services and goods are already used/consumed, so it has nothing to do with shipping or not shipping. They are also customers that are on the premises as they fill out their form via the internet form. All information is verified onsite, no errors on their part.
