Transfer pending

Hello, Yesterday, I received money in my paypal & usually I send it to my bank account & pay the 0.25 cent fee for it to transfer faster. This time it asked if I wanted to transfer it to my debit card in 30 min. if I paid the 0.25 cent fee, but it’s been a day & it’s still pending. I don’t know how to fix it.

You can't fix it - What PayPal states is the following:

Using your eligible Visa & MasterCard debit or prepaid card.

    Log in to your PayPal account.
    Click Transfer to your bank below your PayPal balance.
    In the "To" drop down, you will be shown any cards in your wallet that are eligible for processing withdrawals.
    Select where you're transferring the money from, and then select to where you're transferring the money.
    Choose the amount you want to transfer.
    Click Continue.
    Review your request, and then click Transfer.

There is a $0.25 fee to withdraw money using your eligible debit or prepaid card.

Estimated arrival: about 30 minutes.

Here's the catch - All transfers are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if we identify an issue.  (Meaning if it does not happen in 30 minutes or less, they have an out.)

I Transfered Money From My Paypal To My Debit Card, Its Been 30min and it still says Pending. I really need my money now so what do i do?

What to do?  Just wait.  You can't change the process.

How Long Does It Take To Process. Usually when i send money from paypal to my debit card it was sent with in 30 min to 2hrs. I never had this problem before.
