Hello! Please someone help me, I'm already on the edge, I'm asking for help more than few days and there is still no response!
The problem: I'm trying to link and confirm my credit card but it says "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card."
What should I do? As I can see a lot of people have this problem.
Here is some info:
My Bank is UniCredit Bulbank in Bulgaria.
It's MasterCard, Debit.

I have the same problem! The card was working fine until this February but then something happened and payments stopped going through. I deleted my card and tired adding it again, but now it says "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card." WTF. Other sites accept my credit card, everything's fine with it. I also have MasterCard and I'm also from EU (Estonia). Ugh. Have you resolved your issue? I've contacted support, but there's no answer.

PS New paypal design is horrible, I've encountered bugs in forms.

OMG, I've found the answer in local forums!  Turns out that my Bank has new secure shopping porgramme for Visa and MasterCard. Maybe it's EU thing?

"Starting from 25 January you will no longer be able to pay online with cards enrolled in the old programme. Enrol your card in the Secure Internet Shopping programme.

In the new programme you will no longer have to enter a password.." Blablabla, I activated this new programme and was finally able to add my card! Wohoo!

Yeah, PayPal told me it's all about my bank, and I should contact them to resolve this issue. I will go to my bank soon and I'll see what is going on and I'll type all details here when problem will be resolved.

you can only add your card twice, if you exceed 2 times that card won't work you will have to get another card from your bank. for any problem you can contact paypal on their facebook page by message, they reply but be patient
