OMG, I've found the answer in local forums!  Turns out that my Bank has new secure shopping porgramme for Visa and MasterCard. Maybe it's EU thing? "Starting from 25 January you will no longer be able to pay online with cards enrolled in the old programme. Enrol your card in the Secure Internet Shopping programme. I have the same problem! The card was working fine until this February but then something happened and payments stopped going through. I deleted my card and tired adding it again, but now it says "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card." WTF. Other sites accept my credit card, everything's fine with it. I also have MasterCard and I'm also from EU (Estonia). Ugh. Have you resolved your issue? I've contacted support, but there's no answer.   PS New paypal design is horrible, I've encountered bugs in forms. ... View more
