Question on how to set up my account

Good Morning -

Is there an e-mail address to contact Pay Pal?  I never make phone calls to these 800 numbers.

Seems that there was an issue setting up my account and they require some form of documentation in order to transfer funds to my Pay Pal Account.

However, i do not have a scanner and I do not have a fax machine.  So this would have to be done via either e-mail or regular mail.
