The primary email address I used to set up my PP account is no longer valid, however, I noticed I can not change "it". Do I need to cancel this account and start another with current email?
Add a new email first,. then go back and mark it as Primary. Then go back and delete the first email.
Made the transaction just prior to your responce. But thanks. Your suggestions does work.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
