Hi my account has been "limited" as Paypal need to verify my business information, the first bit (submitting a utility bill) was fine but when I try and confirm my address details, it keeps sending me back to the resolution centre without accepting the information. I have done this at least 10 times now! I emailed customer services several days ago, didn't hear anything so called their customer service team who told me they couldn't help and I had to wait for the email to be reviewed and responded on, which could take another 24 hours. Anyone had this problem, and how did you resolve it?
