Primary Address Error Message

 Why am I getting an error messgae when trying to change my primary address? It isn't even specific... it's either the City, State or Zip code but all is accurate; does it not accept the 9 digits for the zip? Please help!!!:(

Thanks for the assistance I closed the account since it was not swicthing no matter what possible solution i tried. It did not accept the 9 digit zip for the primary address only as an alternate.
