Personal name change request via email, how long does it take to process?

Hello everyone.

How long does it take to pocess name change request via email? My name is right but wrong order. I have been sent a request to change my name via email, also upload an attachment file in my dashboard. I have been waiting for 5 days but i can't see any email from paypal. What should i do now?

I would guess it depends how busy they are / how many staff are available and when they get around to doing it.

Your best bet is to give them a call and ask for an update?

email is not secure and email does not provide any identity checks and will not be accepted to make account changes.

emails will generate automatic generic replies.

Best to make a phone call for immediate help.
