Everytime i try to link to bank account, paypal will not do it, i always get the error "Paypal cannot process this request, please try again later." I have tried to do this over 25 times and at different times of the day and in different browsers but with no luck.
I am trying to withdraw money to my account? Any help would be appreciated 🙂
