I'm trying to upload documents as compliance has told me emailing will not do.
This is for the name change option.
However, when I click "Submit your documents" i receive the loading circle icon before it disappears in a few seconds. Nothing on the page changes and it won't submit my documents. I have tried clearing cache, going incognito, a different browser, different computer, different location.
