Paypal- Bank Account Linking Problem

Hi,

For a past month I suffered a lot with my official paypal which I have created and continuously showing error while linking to Bank Account.

So I have created new account today as a personal account

But again I am suffering with the same problem now

I need a Paypal account to receive payments form other countries.

A 3 to 17 digit number at the bottom of my check

You have to ask PAYPAL INDIA how to link an Indian bank account,if they said it is right way,then you may look into the operating system and browser if they should be upgraded?

In USA,we use the  ACH routing number and account number,in Saudi Arabia,they use the SWIFT code ,so what is the proper code to use in India?

Most of us are based in USA,we dont know much about Indian banking or Kuwaiti banking?

In some countries,instead of linking a bank account,they use a Visa card ,dont know enough about India .
