That's not a good answer if somehow you are affilliated with the company. I have called 3 or 4 times over the past 14 months trying to get paper statements stopped. Have done it on line with the convoluted system they have and when I check it again at a later date it has changed back as though I am requesting them. I have written multiple unhappy emails from my "Contact Us" section on line, many times right after receiving another paper statement on the 8th of every month, just like clockwork.
