Name Change Process

Hi! I was just wondering does anyone has experience with the name change process and how long does it take?

I've sent my request a week ago. It seems such a long time for such a small change.

Can take a few weeks i believe, why not call them for an update?

I have contacted them, and all they said was that they will notify me when the change happens via e-mail, very evasive. 

That's why I aked if someone has some kind of experience with this kind of a situation.

Well talking from the experience of others that have posted on here, it can take a few weeks.
