My account is limited. I need a proof of address to get my account back to normal. paypal is looking for a document like a Utility bill to prove my address. But the problem is I only rent a room. I don't receive a utility bill. It's the owner's who has it and it will also be the name of the owner that will be written on that bill not mine. So, Is there any way to prove my address?
